Services for Runners
As a long time runner who currently competes in ultramarathons, I understand that runners are a little different than the average bear. I help runners get out of injury, better understand their sport and its demands, and coach runners of all abilities. I frequently give small talks and workshops to local running groups, but also host longer courses several times a year. If you feel like you've hit a plateau or would like to challenge yourself to improve on your results, coaching is a great chance to have constant feedback and accountability in your training program. If you're just interested in how to keep runnning with the least chance of injury, the Running Roadmap workshop is a great place to learn all you need to know about running.
