Gait analysis is an extremely useful tool in becoming a better runner. Running is a complex movement and although there is no shortage of articles promoting a "perfect" running form, or "right" way to stride, it is more important to find out what is the right way for you. To make individual recommendations, it's important that someone not just watch you run, but also look at your unique anatomy and strength to determine how to best serve you. I will help you understand where you could be more efficient and make recommendations on footwear, foot strike and drills that could help.
